Payment and shipping

The following terms apply:

Shipping costs (including statutory VAT)

Domestic deliveries (Germany):

We charge a flat shipping fee of €4.25 per order.

For orders of €39.00 or more, shipping is free of charge.

Deliveries abroad:

Zone 1 (EU and Switzerland):

Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark (except Faroe Islands and Greenland), Estonia, Finland (except Åland Islands), France (except overseas territories and departments), Greece, Ireland, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands (except non-European territories), Austria, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Switzerland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Czech Republic, Hungary, Cyprus

The shipping costs are a flat rate of €15.00 up to 5 kg. Shipping usually takes 2–5 days.

Zone 2 (Europe outside the EU):

Åland Islands, Albania, Andorra, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Faroe Islands, Georgia, Gibraltar, Greenland, United Kingdom (except Channel Islands), Guernsey, Iceland, Jersey, Kazakhstan, Kosovo, Liechtenstein, Moldova, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Norway, San Marino, Serbia, Vatican City

The shipping costs are a flat rate of €30.00 up to 5 kg. Shipping usually takes 1–2 weeks.

Outside Europe:

The shipping costs are a flat rate of €42.00 up to 5 kg.

For orders over 5 kg, shipping costs are calculated individually based on the rates published by DHL or alternative carriers.

For deliveries to countries outside the EU, delivery may be delayed by customs clearance.

Countries we do not deliver to:

We currently do not deliver to the United States, Turkey, the Russian Federation, Ukraine, the United Arab Emirates, Belarus, Israel, the Palestinian territories, Iran, Syria, North Korea or Monaco.

Delivery times

Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, goods are delivered within Germany within 2–5 days and abroad within 3–21 days after conclusion of the contract.

Please note that there are no deliveries on Sundays and public holidays.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in a single consignment unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time in your order.
